Fee and Expansive
The Institute is a non-profit organization and provides subsidized education. The annual tuition fee (non-refundable), subject to revision from time to time, is as under for the 4 years for local residents and sons/daughters of expatriate Pakistanis.

The annual tuition fee US $ 7500 (non-refundable) per annum will be charged from the foreigner students.
The tuition fee is payable before the commencement of the Fall semester each year. A non-refundable admission fee of Rs. 58,000/- for Pakistani or US $ 680 for foreign applicants is also required to be deposited along with the annual tuition fee. Rs. 25,000 will be charged as security, refundable at the time of leaving the Institute, subject to the clearance from relevant departments.
The messing charges, to be paid every month, are based on the actual expenditure, which is approximately Rs. 6500 to 7000The fee charged per course offered during the summer semester is notified with announcement of the summer semester. The final year students are charged convocation fee of Rs. 13,000/-.

MS Degree program (2 Year)
i. Graduate Apprenticeship Scheme (GA-1)
- Full Tuition Fee waiver
- Monthly stipend Rs. 15,000/-
- Free bachelor accommodation
Eligibility Criteria:
- SSC / HSSC (or Equivalent) : Minimum 60% marks
- BS (Eng) : Minimum CGPA 2.70 or 70% marks
ii. Graduate Apprenticeship Scheme (GA-2)
- Full Tuition Fee waiver
- Monthly stipend Rs. 20,000/-
- Free bachelor accommodation
- (applicants with 2 year service at GIKI with annual performance as very good/better can apply).
Eligibility Criteria:
- SSC / HSSC (or Equivalent) : Minimum 60% marks
- BS (Eng) : Minimum CGPA 2.70 or 70% marks
iii. Partial Scholarship Scheme (PSS)
- Partial Tuition Fee waiver (Annual Tuition Fee under PSS is Rs. 150,000/-)
- Free bachelor accommodation
Eligibility Criteria:
- SSC / HSSC (or Equivalent) : Minimum 60% marks
- BS (Eng) : Minimum CGPA 2.00 or 60% marks
Note: The graduate assistants shall be required to assist the faculty in teaching and research activities and to sign a service bond with the Institute at the time of admission.
i. Graduate Apprenticeship Scheme (GA-3)

- Monthly stipend Rs. 75,000/-
- Free bachelor accommodation
- (applicants with 2 year service at GIKI with annual performance as very good/better can apply).

- SSC / HSSC (or Equivalent) : Minimum 60% marks
- BS (Eng) : Minimum CGPA 2.50 or 65% marks
- MS/MPhil : Minimum CGPA 3.00 or 75% marks
